1. Use Active Recall

Do not just reread your notes. Instead, quiz yourself on the material. Actively try to recall information without looking at it. Use flashcards or try to recite key concepts from memory. This strengthens memory and better prepares you for real test situations.

2. Study in Short, Focused Sessions (Pomodoro Method)

Break your study time into 25-minute sessions with 5-minute breaks in between. After four sessions, take a longer break of 20 to 30 minutes. This method helps maintain concentration and prevents burnout.

3. Teach What You Have Learned

Try to teach the material to someone else or explain it out loud to yourself. Teaching forces you to understand the topic clearly and exposes any gaps in your knowledge. If you can teach it simply, you truly understand it.
